What can I expect out of this qualification?
The Certificate is a primary qualification for accrediting medical professionals who work in general occupational medicine. Those completing the Certificate will have attained adequate scientific training and acquired sufficient skills to work safety as the medical adviser to a range of industries. The Certificate course covers a broad curriculum of topics related to occupational medicine based on fundamental scientific principles such as epidemiology, toxicology, industrial hygiene, hazard assessment and control and risk management.
