What can I expect out of this qualification?
Graduates employed in the dairy industry will be able to utilise learned skills and knowledge in dairy science and technology as part of industrial dairy processing and manufacturing operations. The qualification will provide essential skills for new employees to the dairy sector, as well as providing upskilling and opportunities for diversification for established employees within the sector.

Minimum requirements
(a) have been awarded or qualified for a relevant Bachelor's degree, or equivalent; or; (b) produced evidence of informal learning equivalent to that specified in 1 (a). In all cases candidates shall have been employed in the dairy industry for at least one year, and have ongoing employment in the dairy industry while studying.
