What can I expect out of this qualification?
Graduates will have a good understanding of the New Zealand Criminal Justice process including: the agencies and organisations involved, including government and private agencies; the legal framework within which the criminal justice process operates and the key statutory provisions governing it; the principal theories of crime and criminality and the empirical data underpinning those theories; the principal issues of public policy surrounding the criminal justice system in New Zealand.
