What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this micro-credential is to enable learners to understand and apply the principles of accessible tourism to create inclusive tourism experiences in Aotearoa, New Zealand. It aims to equip learners with the skills and knowledge needed to identify and implement accessibility enhancements within the tourism and hospitality sector.
