To achieve this qualification, students must at all times comply with the relevant aviation regulatory authority, Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), or New Zealand Parachute Industry Association (NZPIA) Documents, Standards and Procedures requirements.

What can I expect out of this qualification?
The purpose of this qualification is to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills to work independently within the commercial skydiving industry.
This qualification provides the skydiving sector with entry-level skydivers, who have a broad understanding of the requirements to work in the commercial skydiving industry.
Graduates will have completed a minimum of 150 skydives and will have achieved a New Zealand Parachute Industry Association (NZPIA) Parachute Certificate with B endorsement.
